The main villa, built in 2008, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, laundry room and large dressing room. The attached apartment has two 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and its own kitchen. Both are fully furnished and elegantly decorated, and the six bedrooms have three king and three queen beds. This property has a swimming pool, a rancho terrace with outdoor bathroom, and a covered garage for three cars. Beautiful tropical gardens with lemon, banana, papaya, avocado and guanacaste trees create a sense of privacy in a pristine natural environment.
